Shipping

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping time orders typically arrive within 3–5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders in Malta: We offer free delivery on all orders over €49.99 and more.
and Orders under €50.00 will be charged a delivery fee of €5.00.

For orders in European countries: We offer free delivery on all orders over €49.99 and more. and Orders under €50.00 will be charged a delivery fee of €10.00.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship Malta and European countries. Please go to the checkout and try selecting your country to confirm availability. Unfortunately, if your country is not listed, we do not currently ship to your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to follow your shipment’s progress. You can also visit our Track Order page for live updates and real-time tracking information.

On the tracking page, you can enter either your tracking number (found in your confirmation email) or use your order number and email address used at checkout. You can find the Track Order page under the navigation menu on our website, or simply click the hyperlink above to access it directly.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with a variety of trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery based on your location. Depending on where you’re located, your order may be shipped through DHL or FedEx.

Return and Refund

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent. Please reach out to us to begin the return process once you contact us, we’ll send you detailed return instructions. After the item is returned to us, we’ll initiate a refund or send the exchanged item, whichever you prefer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@dyori.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Your Refund will be processed and sent to your payment method within 10 business days after accepting the return.

Do you charge any restocking fee?

No, we don't charge any restocking fee on our products.

Exchange & Cancellation

Do you accept exchanges?

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 4 days of delivery

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Otherwise, you have to follow the return process.
