Mdina by night is a stunning sight. I wanted to capture the duskiness of the skyline, yet bring some abstract qualities that imply fireworks, and feast. The image is build in layers using acrylic paint. I use various techniques including image transfer, stencils, and freehand painting, to enhance the image and bring it to life.
