Aging: Certified. In 225 liter barriques, inside our aging warehouses sealed by the Customs Agency.
Aging duration: 18 certified months.
Raw Material: Fresh, softly pressed pomace of Sangiovese Grosso, Brunello di Montalcino, distilled within 48 hours of racking.
Visual examination: Intense golden.
Olfactory examination: Elegant and complex. The balance between the freshness of the young distillate and the notes of acacia honey, vanilla and candied fruit of aging is perfect.
Taste test: in the mouth it is intense, warm, refined. The finish is persistent with hints of hazelnut, licorice, cocoa, cherries in alcohol, raisins.
