You accept that we have the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the website at any time at our sole discretion. You further accept that such changes may result in you being unable to access the website.
Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of DYORI.
By subscribing to our e-news and/or registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorising us to send you communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. In order to provide you with an easy-to-use service, DYORI will place a 'cookie' (a small text file) on any computer you use to access the website. When you re-visit the website, this cookie will enable us to recognise you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to re-type any password or other user identification.

Prices are all shown in Euro currency €. DYORI reserves the right to change prices at our discretion and without notice. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website exclude delivery cost. Delivery cost would be added in the checkout page, where there will be displayed the total amount.
Payments can be done cash on delivery alternatively by credit or debit card online.
Terms of Sale
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any good that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option of either reconfirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery cost will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Deliveries within Malta
Your order will be dispatched by the next working day. Free delivery is available when spending €40 or more. Delivery cost within Malta is at €5. The purchase will be delivered by the next working day following confirmation of order. Orders are shipped via couriers.
Deliveries cost within Gozo is at €7.
Please make sure that you input the correct address as once the order has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
Shipping within European countries
Orders will be dispatched by the next working day. Receipt of deliveries usually take 6 to 10 days.
Care for your Product
Before use you should soak the product overnight in cold water then wash separately with gentle wash and dry in a shaded area to avoid sun bleaching. Tumble dry and spin drying should be avoided.
All our products are made from high quality cotton or a blend of cotton and bamboo. Due to its high absorbency, the softer and fluffier they get after each wash.
These products are made with love handmade individually. This means that dimensions may vary slightly. Also kindly keep in mind that product may vary slightly in colour due to photographic lighting source and monitor settings
All products are checked prior to posting. If a product is damaged DYORI will replace it immediately.
Returns should be done within 14 days of receipt date. Items should be in their original package and unused as received. Failing to do so your refund may be refused.
You are responsible for the shipping fees when returning the product. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are damaged.
An offer cannot be combined with any other coupon codes, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only.
