Traditional Italian cocktail, the Negroni was born in 1919 in Florence, in the aristocratic Caffè Casoni. The story goes that Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender Fosco Scarselli to 'strengthen' his usual American cocktail, replacing the soda with gin, in honor of his last trip to London. This new cocktail first became known as "Count Negroni's Americano in fashion" and then took the name of the person who created it, the Count himself. It quickly established itself as one of the most famous aperitif cocktails, both nationally and globally, and is still an excellence of Italian mixing today. The Negroni Bottega, in the ready-to-serve version, has the characteristic ruby red color, with vermilion reflections, and a typical, intriguing and complex bouquet.

The Negroni Bottega is born from the mixing of three Bottega products:

  • Bottega Rosso Vermouth
  • The Bitter Bottega
  • The Bacûr Distilled Dry Gin Bottega
